Our manifesto for housing – safe, warm, decent homes for older people

The Older Peoples Housing Champions Network has finalised its manifesto for housing in an ageing society which will be used to influence thinking on housing for older people in the run up to the next General Election in 2015. Network Manifesto on Housing and Ageing August 2014

Using the manifesto as a basis for local activity Care & Repair England has also produced a resource sheet for Older Peoples Action Groups (OPAGs) to influence local and national politicians and policy makers. It includes contact details for politicians in housing, health, finance and care; useful national resources on housing and ageing and ideas for questions to ask in relation to housing.General Election 2015 Resource Sheet for Older Peoples Action Groups

The manifesto and resource sheet was sent to local OPAGs in early September
